Timbrale brings together the point of sale, e-invoicing, stock and payables. Every sale is approved by the SIFEN, with a printed receipt, takes the items out of stock and flows into the month's VAT.

Retail questions
What hardware do I need?
A computer with Chrome or Edge, an 80 mm thermal printer and a USB barcode scanner. No server or software to install: the POS opens in the browser and the panel gives you the desktop shortcut.
How many tills can I have?
Each till uses its own expedition point, with its own numbering. The Comercial plan includes one point and each extra point costs Gs. 70.000 per month, with no limit.
Does it work offline?
No. The invoice is signed on our server, where your certificate is stored, so the till needs a connection. If it drops mid-payment, the till warns you and the retry does not duplicate the sale.
How does the free certificate work?
Pay the Comercial plan yearly and the company F1 digital certificate is on us. Paying monthly, you buy the certificate from an authorised provider.
Does the cashier see the whole system?
No. Till access is a per-user permission. The cashier does not enter the panel, the screen locks when idle, and discounts, returns and voids need a supervisor PIN.
